Flour is one of the main ingredients of our products essential for their making. In order to minimize the risk of contacting E. coli, here are some simple and efficient methods of prevention.

First of all, never eat raw flour nor any product containing same, it could make you sick. Always cook them before eating

When you use our dough always wash with hot soapy water, cooking tools, baking pans, bowls and any surface in contact with the raw product. Also do not forget to wash your hands !

If you think you became ill after eating raw dough or after eating or handling a flour product, consult a doctor immediately.
